Returns
If you are wanting to return or exchange any of our pieces from our collection, don't worry you have 10 working days/14 days to process the return with us.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of returning from the date you received your order. However if your order has been attempted delivery more than twice, we will only accept the return from the 2nd attempt of delivery date. Please note we do not refund the original postage costs or the return postage charge. It must not be worn, damaged or altered.
• Returns are not free and you will be charged a £3.99 handling/returns fee.
• Returns will not be accepted without original tags & packaging
• All items will be checked for tan, makeup, fragrance odour or marks/stains and will not be accepted if item contains them.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 7 working day period or for any items returned not meeting the original condition standards.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that were not delivered due to not paying customs fee/denying the delivery and returned to us via shipping courier on international orders.
• International orders: If you refuse the customs charger charge, the parcel will be returned to Asandra Studios. If this occurs, please note that the initial shipping and return shipping costs will be forfeited from and potential refund. Customers are responsible for the return costs of parcels
• We do not refund the postage for the return.
• Returns that aren't in original packaging bags will have £3.99 deducted from the refund.
Please note we do not accept returns/refunds or exchanges on sale or bundle items.
EXCHANGES
• We provide free exchanges on all purchased items. You can select the item you want to exchange for via the returns center. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you automatically.
HOW TO PROCESS RETURN
STEP 1
• Head to our returns center linked below to submit your return.
• Enter your order number & email address
• Follow the instructions & select the item(s) you would like to return.
• Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, with shipping steps.
STEP 2
• Enclose your item(s) and package up securely with your packing note including the order number and return to the below address.
• Please keep your proof of postage. We need this if the return hasn't been received.
